In the One Piece anime, the Mugiwara Pirates/Thin Hats are a group of pirates that are the main story in the One Piece anime. Each crew has its own story in recruitment and also has its own dreams.
For those of you who are new to One Piece, here are the dreams of the Straw Hat Pirate Crew...
1. Monkey D Luffy's Dream

In Luffy's story, Luffy has wanted to be a pirate since he was a child. Over time, Luffy's desire grew stronger and eventually wanted to become the Pirate King. To achieve that dream, Luffy plans to find the Last Island of Raftel and defeat the four Yonkou which means Luffy also plans to fight with Shanks.
2. Roronoa Zoro's Dream

In Zoro's story, from the beginning Zoro had told Luffy that he wanted to become the world's greatest swordsman. To achieve this dream, Zoro has been practicing very hard since childhood. As an adult in the Baratie Arc, Zoro tried to fight with Dracule Mihawk (the current greatest Swordsman) but lost badly and realized the difference in their strength. Today Zoro is still training very hard to achieve his dream.
3. Nami's Dream

Since childhood, Nami's dream was to be able to draw a world map / map all the islands in the world. But she had to temporarily bury that dream after her village was colonized by the Arlong Pirates. Nami left the village and became a thief to collect treasures that could free her village, even though it was just Arlong's trickery. After Luffy freed Nami's village from the Arlong pirates, Nami continued her dream and sailed with Luffy.
4. Usopp's Dream

Usopp actually wants to reunite with his father (Yasopp) who left him as a child. But right now Usopp's dream is to become the bravest Knight in the ocean. Usopp is known as the most hockey member. Because of that, Usopp can have a high fugitive value.
5. Sanji's Dream

As the Whole Cake Island arc progresses, we learn that Sanji, when imprisoned as a child, aspired to find "All Blue". All Blue is the ocean where all kinds of fish from the 4 seas meet and create the best ingredients. Sanji is one of the strongest fighters with Luffy and Zoro, the three of them are called the monster trio.
6. Chopper's Dream

Chopper has a sad life story where he was rejected as a monster. Chopper was originally a blue-nosed reindeer where because of his blue nose, he was rejected by other reindeer herds. When he ate the human model Hito Hito No Mi demon fruit, he was also rejected as a monster by humans. Even so, Dr. Hiluluk accepted Chopper and eventually lived together.
Chopper dreamed of making a cure for all diseases. To achieve that goal, Chopper sailed with Luffy et al.
7. Nico Robin's Dream

Robin's violent past made him a criminal for a while, although it was really just a cover for protection. Robin's dream is to find the lost history of the void century. To do this, Robin must find the Rio Poneglyph and the Road Poneglyph. Nico Robin is one of the most important crew members in the Straw Hat Pirates because he is the only one who can take Luffy to the last island of Raftel with his ability to read the Road Poneglyph.
8. Franky's Dream

Despite having a good heart, Franky was the leader of the Franky Family gang that stole money from the sailors. Even his gang members once beat Usopp to a pulp which made Luffy furious. Franky's dream was to build a ship that could sail the entire ocean. He poured this dream into the construction of the Thousand sunny Go ship.
9. Brook's Dream

Brook was originally a pirate in an era older than Roger's era. When he heard Roger's name, Brook said Roger was a rookie name. When he was a pirate, there was a whale named Laboon who always followed Brook's ship. However, because Brook et al wanted to sail the dangerous Grand Line sea, Brook left the whale and promised to meet him again. Unfortunately Brook et al were attacked by other pirates and died. Currently Brook's dream is to meet Laboon again after finishing sailing with Luffy.
10. Jinbei

Jinbei has officially joined Luffy's crew but information about Jinbei's dreams is still minimal. It's just that all the actions Jinbei takes are aimed at the peace of the fish human race and stopping the feud between fish humans and humans.
