8 Most Unique Bounty Posters in One Piece – Unlike Any Other Wanted Criminal!

In the One Piece series, pirates or other criminals considered a threat by the World Government are issued bounty posters displaying their wanted reward.

However, many pirates and criminals have unique and unusual bounty posters that stand out from the rest! Who are they?

1. Sanji – A Sketch, Not a Photo

When the Straw Hat crew first received their bounties, Sanji’s poster stood out because it featured a sketch instead of a photograph. The reason? The photographer forgot to remove the lens cap when taking Sanji’s photo.

Because the sketch looked similar, Duval was mistakenly hunted by people who thought he was Sanji. After the timeskip, Sanji's poster was updated with a real photo—but now it’s gone back to being a sketch, and Sanji doesn’t seem to mind, even though it now includes the name Vinsmoke Sanji.

2. Brook – Uses His Concert Poster

After the timeskip, Brook became a famous musician known as Soul King Brook, performing concerts around the world. Naturally, he had promotional posters for his concerts.

The Marines didn’t bother making a new design—they just used his concert poster, slapped on a “Dead or Alive” label (which conveniently matched the Soul King font), and added his bounty. Whether the Marine who designed it is secretly a Soul King fan remains unknown.

3. Dorry and Brogy – Combined Poster with Inflation Adjustments

As co-captains of the Giant Warrior Pirates, Dorry and Brogy shared a single wanted poster.

Over 100 years ago, their bounties seemed relatively low—but this was because they used the old currency system. After becoming active again following the Egghead incident, their bounties were readjusted for inflation to match the current economic value in the One Piece world.

4. Chopper and Bepo – Pet-Price Bounties

Both Chopper and Bepo have animal-like appearances, so the Marines mistook them for pirate pets rather than important crewmates.

As a result, they were given very low bounties. Interestingly, actual pets owned by other pirates don’t even receive bounties at all—meaning Chopper and Bepo are possibly the only “pets” to be officially wanted by the World Government!

5. Charlotte Linlin – Youngest Character to Receive a Bounty

Who’s the youngest person to ever receive a bounty and a wanted poster?

You might think it’s Nico Robin, but it’s actually Big Mom! Charlotte Linlin got her bounty at the age of six, while Robin got hers when she was eight.

6. Franky – Not His Face After the Timeskip

Before the timeskip, Franky’s bounty poster featured his real face. But afterward, the Cyborg Franky we know received a poster showing Franky Shogun instead.

Franky Shogun still resembles him a bit, but the real twist came after Wano—Franky’s new wanted poster shows the Thousand Sunny ship instead of him!

7. Sogeking – Can't Be Hunted Unless Usopp Wears the Mask

Before the timeskip, God Usopp didn’t receive a bounty from the Enies Lobby incident—instead, the bounty went to Sogeking, Usopp’s masked alter ego with a fake name.

What’s interesting is that Sogeking can’t be hunted, since it only applies when Usopp wears the mask. If Usopp is no longer acting as Sogeking, then technically, the wanted poster is useless.

8. Sanji – “Only Alive”

And of course, Sanji makes the list again. After finally getting a real photo on his poster, another unusual change appeared—the usual “Dead or Alive” text was replaced with “Only Alive”.

This ties back to the Vinsmoke family, who specifically wanted Sanji captured alive. So far, Sanji is the only person in One Piece with a bounty poster that says “Only Alive.”

So those are some of the most unique bounty posters in One Piece!
