In an anime, there are both protagonists and antagonists. In One Piece, the pirate Mugiwara takes on the role of Protagonist (having a good nature/good character).
Despite being the protagonist, sometimes protagonists also have bad traits or personalities. Here are the bad traits or personalities of the straw hat members...
1. Luffy's Bad traits or personality

Luffy has a bad trait or personality that if he has made a decision, his decision cannot be challenged. In another sense, Luffy is a stubborn person.
Luffy also often acts as he pleases without thinking about his safety which of course makes his crew worry about him. Even so, sometimes Luffy is very wise in making decisions.
2. Zoro's Bad Traits or Personality

Do you know Zoro's personality that likes to stray? Well this is Zoro's bad personality. Zoro will always stray if he walks alone, even when in the Dressrosa Arc, he immediately strays even though Sanji has only been left behind for less than 3 seconds.
Even so Zoro is the most loyal crew in the Straw Hat. Evidently when in the Thriller Bark Arc, he was willing to accept Luffy's pain given by Kuma.
3. Sanji's Bad Traits or Personality

Sanji's perverted nature is among his vices. Anyone who is considered sexy by Sanji, will definitely be seduced by Sanji. But Nami or Robin is often Sanji's target.
This trait seems to be unchangeable for Sanji because this trait was taught since childhood by Jeff where Jeff said a man should not hit a woman.
4. Nami's Bad Traits or Personality

Apart from being timid, Nami is also crazy about money. Every time she hears the word treasure or money, Nami's eyes must turn into a berry or glowing money symbol.
It seems that Oda sensei deliberately gave this character to Nami. Even so, Nami is the third smartest person in East Blue and the most reliable navigation problem.
5. Nico Robin's Bad Traits or Personality

Robin was originally introduced as an antagonistic character, Miss All Sunday. And recorded in the Mugiwara Crew, only Robin and Zoro are suspected of having killed someone.
Robin has a quiet nature and sometimes speaks psychopathic words with a calm and flat face. Despite this, Robin has great respect for his captain for saving his life in Enies Lobby.
6. Chopper's Bad Traits or Personality

Other than being timid, Chopper has almost no bad traits. Chopper is probably the kindest in the Mugiwara Crew because he is basically an animal (doesn't understand human nature) and therefore Chopper is also not interested in the naked Nami. Chopper is very kind even though he sometimes acts silly because of Usopp and Luffy.
7. Usopp's Bad Traits or Personality

As the name implies which is a pun on Uso (lying in Japanese), Usopp has a bad character, namely lying. Usopp usually lies when he wants to scare the enemy or try to save himself. He is also a coward in the Straw Hat Crew.
Although he often lies, one by one Usopp's lies come true. Like when he told Kaya about Cerberus and Cerberus appeared in the Thriller Bark Arc even though it was an experiment.
8. Franky's Bad Traits or Personality

This hentai superhuman is indeed very hentai (obscene). Although it is said to be hentai, Franky is not interested in women like Sanji but it is said to be hentai because he is dressed only in underwear and open clothes. In addition, Franky is the leader of a gang of money thieves who once beat Usopp to a pulp.
9. Brook's Bad Traits or Personality

Just like Sanji, Brook is a pervert. Many times she asked Nami to show her panties. Other than that, Brook doesn't seem to have any more vices.
Those are the traits or bad personalities of the Straw Hat pirate members. Jinbei has not been included because we don't know what his true nature is.
