Shirohige (Sijanggut/white mustache) is one of the Yonkou during the era before time skip. Shirohige ate a Paramecia-type devil fruit called Gura-Gura No Mi. This devil fruit can make the user create an earthquake.
Because of this fruit Shirohige was given the title of the strongest human. And this title makes OPlovers have high expectations of Shirohige. But reality says otherwise, Shirohige looks weak and is very easy to attack by the navy.
However, Shirohige looks weak not without reason, there are at least 2 reasons that Mimin can state. Here are 2 reasons why Shirohige looks weak
1. Age Factor
In One Piece sometimes age is not the determining factor of a character's strength. Just look at Garp and Sengoku, they are old but their strength is really great.
Garp and Sengoku are naval forces of the same era as Shirohige. But even so, sometimes in One Piece, age affects a person's strength. This applies to Shirohige.
Shirohige is weaker than she should be due to her age. This age factor really affects Shirohige's performance. Speed, attack power and combat power really don't reflect her title of the strongest human.
2. Pain Factor
