Before we discuss the title, let's discuss what awakening is. In chapter 785 when Luffy faced Doflamingo, it was revealed that awakening is another power of the Devil Fruit that is at the highest level.
That means awakening is the highest level of Devil Fruit power. Like Doflamingo who can turn surrounding objects into threads.

There is still little information about awakening, but if we watch the anime and read the Dressrosa manga arc and the Impel Down Arc we might understand a little about awakening.
While in the Enies Lobby Arc, OPlovers were surprised by the change in Chopper's monster (Monster Point). At that time Chopper had not yet mastered monster points.
OPlovers used to think that it was just one of Chopper's moves. But now OPlovers are wondering if it is possible that Chopper's Monster Point is the awakening of Chopper's Hito Hito No Mi fruit (human model Zoan).

If Chopper has indeed awakened, then Chopper is the only Devil Fruit user in the Straw Hat Pirate Crew who has been able to achieve awakening.
If it's not awakening and just one of Chopper's moves then only Doflamingo is recorded to have achieved awakening along with Katakuri.
Given what happened in Impel Down, it is likely that Chopper's monster point is awakening.

And remember, each demon fruit has a different awakening.
