Arc Wano kuni
One Piece has now entered the Wano (Manga) arc. Whether it is giving signs or maybe it is inspired, Oda Sensei seems to tell OPlovers that the Wano Arc will be just like the Meiji Restoration.

The Meiji Restoration (Meiji Revolution) was the return of the throne to the Emperor who was still ruled by the Shogun. In that era the shogunate closed itself off from outside influences (Western countries).
Arc Wano
This also happened in the Wano plot in chapter 919 (Manga). The shogunate is also spreading the influence to the people that closing itself off from the outside is the State's effort to protect its people.

From this sign, the war that occurred in Wano was the war to restore the throne of the Kouzuki Clan that once ruled. This war will affect the political and social situation in Wano just like the Meiji Restoration.

And Oda Sensei himself said that the War in Wano will be more devastating than the Marine Ford War.

Arc Wano
Currently in the Manga, Luffy and friends have gathered strength to face the Yonkou and Shogun. The Mink Tribe, Kouzuki Clan, Heart Pirates (Trafalgar Law) and also Mugiwara Pirates have gathered in the land of Wano.
It's only a matter of time before Luffy makes a scene (:D) and war finally breaks out.
What do OPlovers think? Will the flow of Wano be the same as the Meiji Restoration?
