In the One Piece Anime, there is a term for the ruler of the ocean or another word Emperor of the Ocean.
In One Piece, the Emperor of the Sea is a pirate who has very strong military power and personal power and has a territory.
Yonkou (4 Emperors) is mentioned because there are 4 pirates who hold the title of Emperor, namely Big Mom, Shanks, Kaido and Kurohige (replacing Whitebeard/Shirohige).
Although currently Luffy is predicted to become the 5th emperor (Gokou).
When Shirohige was still a Yonkou, many OPlovers wondered why Yonkou didn't fight each other.

A Yonkou must be very strong. OPlovers used to only suspect how strong a Yonkou is, now we know that Yonkou are very strong.
Just look at Big Mom in the Whole Cake Island arc. Skin as hard as steel, King's Haki, Over Power Demon Fruit, incredible physical strength, everything Big Mom has.
Even when Nami used Zeus to attack Big Mom with such a large scale of lightning, Big Mom seemed to feel nothing.
Seen in anime and manga, some of the reasons for Yonkou not fighting each other are to maintain the balance of the world.
In addition, some theories reveal that the Yonkou have equal power levels.
If so, by looking at Big Mom, we know what the level of the Yonkou is like. Although the Admin still doubts whether Kurohige (teach) is weaker or stronger than Big Mom's level. We know Kurohige has two Super Power Demons.
Assuming all Yonkou have an equal level of strength then Admin argues that it is difficult for Luffy to defeat a Yonkou. And Luffy doesn't deserve to be called the fifth Emperor.
Admin hopes that Oda Sensei will give new powers to Luffy such as Gear 5 or something like that.
